Skills-Based Virtual Workshops, Classes, and Private Tutoring for Individuals, Families, and Organizations

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, all workshops and private tutoring will now be offered remotely through Zoom or Facetime. New Workshop  “Cheap and Healthy Kitchen Protocols for Uncertain Times” available now.

Imagine walking into your kitchen. There is bread dough rising on the counter, herbs hanging to dry from the ceiling. There is bone broth simmering on the back of the stove, sauerkraut packed in jars soon to go to the cellar, homemade wine bubbling through its airlock.

My goal is to help you achieve your kitchen and homestead goals, whatever they may be; and to keep you and your family nourished and safe during the coming weeks and months.

– Testimonials –

Coyote Kitchen is reinvigorating the lost art of fermentation with insight and joy. Class participants walk away with a headful of knowledge and the skills to improve their diet, health and the deliciousness of their meals!”

“I wanted to write and tell you how impressed I was with your Homesteader’s Kitchen class. Your class really challenged me to try things I never thought I could do! I now have an understanding of fermentation and a foundation to build on as I try new projects. It’s still a journey, but one that is worthwhile and connects us to our ancestors.”
